Celebrity Lip Analysis
Which celebrity would you say has perfect lips?
You’re about to find out, and what’s more, you can achieve the same perfection with permanent makeup.
For me it is Angelina Jolie and this sexy beautiful photo typifies true beauty, however. It’s a question I get asked every week, usually followed by a request to have lips like their favourite celebrity.
I can wave my magic hands and certainly give you as near to with permanent makeup by blushing in a lip colour to enhance lost pigment, refresh your definition to give you more youthful lips and if your lips allow it a full lip colour blushed throughout -24/7 lip colour, no smudged lip colour, just permanently beautiful. But there are many other factors involved in having perfect lips – genetics being one and a great aesthetic doctor.
Firstly let’s have a look at who really has the most perfect lips and what is defines perfect. So let me ask the question – whose lips would you like to have? Scarlett Johannson, Halle Berry, Beyonce Knowles, Monica Belluci or my favourite again Angelina Jolie?
Like I said, I thought Angelina’s lips would top the list without a doubt, but the question has finally been answered with the help of scientific precision, and the answer I found was surprising.
An American biometrics specialist has developed lip-reading software, which uses a scientific formula to rate lips on a 10-point attractiveness scale called the Baileys Lip Attractiveness Software is the brainchild of ‘Lipologist’ Dr Kendra Schmid.
The formula analyses lip proportion, size, fullness, texture, colour and shape. The entire key points I analysis when enhancing your lips with permanent makeup.
Although, both Jolie and Johansson scored high on the global top lips list, the winner is Italian actress and fashion model Belluci, who took away the first spot.
Bellucci achieved a 10 for lips that are full, smooth and ideally proportioned so that the height of her lips is two-thirds the width.
Johannson scored second with 9.66, Halle Berry third with 9.61, Beyonce Knowles scored a 8.65, and Angelina Jolie rounded out the top 5 with 7.89.
“This is a world first in biometrics; using formulas to objectively score lips according to the characteristics of size, shape, texture and colour,” News.com.au quoted Schmid, as saying.
The top five are:
1. Monica Bellucci

2. Scarlett Johansson

3. Halle Berry

4. Beyonce Knowles

5. Angelina Jolie

Top Ten Beautiful Woman
As I dig a little deeper into what makes a person beautiful I thought we should at least have a valid point of reference. The stars shown below were deemed the ten hottest women on the planet by the readers of AskMen.com, but there’s probably a few in there that you wouldn’t expect. Furthermore, if you’re willing to scrutinise their appearances, some are far from the perfection you’d imagine.
I’m often asked by clients whether I can provide [for example] eyebrows like Megan Fox or lips like Angelina Jolie, and I am always happy to provide what the client asks for, but take away their star status and how many of the celebrities below (the top ten most beautiful) would you say are truly beautiful or at least conform to your understanding of what makes someone beautiful? I’d honestly like to know.

What makes people beautiful?
As the saying goes, “beauty is in the eye of the beholder”. But just what is it that makes a face look beautiful? What are the differences between very attractive and less appealing faces?
For every historical period and every human culture, people have always had their own ideal of beauty. But this ideal has never been constant and is still subject to changes.
In 2002 a research project on ‘facial attractiveness’ was carried out at the universities of Regensburg and Rostock in Germany. The research created prototypes for unattractive and attractive faces for each sex by using a morphing technique. For example, the prototype for an unattractive face (“unsexy face”) was created by blending together four faces that had previously been rated as very unattractive. The “sexy face” was created by blending together four of the most attractive faces, respectively.
In order to find out the characteristic differences between attractive and unattractive faces, the experiment presented pairs of one “sexy” and one “unsexy” image for both sexes to test subjects. The task was to report which facial features were perceived to be different between the two faces. The results are as follows:
- Prototypic female face of low attractiveness (“unsexy face”)
- Prototypic female face of high attractiveness (“sexy face”)
- The prototypic male face of low attractiveness (“unsexy face”)
- The prototypic male face of high attractiveness (“sexy face”)
Characteristic features of the female “sexy face” in comparison to the “unsexy face”:
- Suntanned skin
- Narrower facial shape
- Less fat
- Fuller lips
- Slightly bigger distance of eyes
- Darker, narrower eye brows
- More, longer and darker lashes
- Higher cheek bones
- Narrower nose
- No eye rings
- Thinner lids
Characteristics of the male “Sexy face” in the comparison to the “unsexy face”:
- Browner skin
- Narrower facial shape
- Less fat
- Fuller and more symmetrical lips
- Darker eye brows
- More and darker lashes
- Upper half of the face broader in relation to the lower
- Higher cheek bones
- Prominent lower jaw
- More prominent chin
- No receding brows
- Thinner lids
- No wrinkles between nose and corner of the mouth

Permanent Makeup Client: Victoria
60 Minute Makeover
For years my client went through a daily ritual of getting up early to allow plenty time to put her brows on! Getting them both right and level was a frustrating task. After careful research and consideration however, she chose me to carry out this skilled procedure. With clinics in Beds, Bucks, Herts and North London she had plenty choice of venues.
On the day a slightly nervous Victoria arrived at my Milton Keynes clinic. I explained in detail everything about the procedure and reassured her that very soon she will have life changing brows.
The procedure took approximately an hour to complete. Victoria felt no discomfort and was pleasantly surprised at how relaxing she actually found the whole procedure.
Now her beautiful green eyes are more pronounced and her face shape further enhanced. Permanent eyebrows are smudge-free, perfectly shaped, effortless. Victoria is over the moon and is now coming back for a lip blush to further enhance her beauty.
Permanent makeup or micropigmentation is a specialist procedure and should only be carried out by a skilled, qualified specialist. Tracy Fensome Permanent makeup clinics can be found in, Luton, Bedford, Biggleswade, Stevenage, Milton Keynes, North London, St Albans, Bushey, Watford, Hoddesden, Uxbridge and Rickmansworth.

Tips for Great Eyes
Do you want stunning eyes?
I have some great tips on different eye shapes and how you can enhance your natural beauty, or book to see me for a free consultation on how your eyes can be permanently beautiful!
Close-Set Eyes
Line outer third of upper lids with grey, ,brown, or black liner. Smudge gently. Use a lighter liner on the inner eye to widen the space between eyes.
Small Eyes
Draw a dark line gradually thickening at outer edge of the eye. Use a light-coloured pencil (gold, silver, white) and draw under lower lash.
Deep-Set Eyes
Line upper lash line with pale, shimmery liner. Then line outer edge of lower lash with a soft, neutral shade (gray or taupe). This will create the illusion of a less heavy lid.
Drooping Eyes
Line outer third of eye very close to lashes carefully sweeping the liner up at the corner of the eye.
